Who we are

BONBON Foundation was in 2007. BONBON is currently working on strengthening its position in the field, entering into new and sustainable partnerships, and increasing its public reach.

Onze visie

BONBON Foundation believes in the transformative power of art. We see artistic expression as a way to evoke empathy, challenge entrenched ways of thinking, and make space for voices that are often overlooked. Art offers us the freedom to make complex realities tangible and connect people with one another.

Our approach is rooted in ideals of justice, inclusion, and solidarity. Together with partners who share these values, we want to build a cultural landscape that is diverse, accessible, and socially engaged. Because we believe that art can bring about lasting change throughout society.

Our approach is rooted in ideals of justice, inclusion and solidarity.

We make a lasting contribution to awareness, connection and social change — locally and globally.

Onze misie

BONBON Foundation creates artistic productions that bring social issues such as human rights, social justice, migration and (neuro)diversity to life. We give voice to unheard stories from refugees, people with disabilities and marginalised groups, among others. We do this through multidisciplinary storytelling, inclusive processes and (inter)national collaboration.

Our projects are linked to the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals, with a focus on gender equality (SDG 5), reducing inequality (SDG 10), peace and justice (SDG 16) and partnerships (SDG 17). In this way, we make a lasting contribution to awareness, connection and social change — locally and globally.
